Hotel am Park - Krefeld - Düsseldorf Rooms

Very quite location and surrounded by greenery. Very polite and helpful ladies at reception.

It was not clean, We stay 3 days but nobady come to clean the room.

A kind person who answered the phone and tried to explain everything.

I don’t like anything about the place nothing in the room it’s Moore like empty the reception always closed you don’t have access to the key box when you book the hotel, they send you a code to open the key box but the code never works. You have to ring them. Stay on the line for an hour then they give you a new code to unlock the key box and get your key for the room I paid €80 and I stayed there 4 hours. Just to get the keys I ring them 3 times. I asked them to help me the reception was closed. I don’t know how to get my keys. They never give me the key after long waiting. I left the place I booked another hotel. This place is disgusting. Very rude pupil they never feel liability. The reception always close everything is broken. Very bad experience. I never recommended to anyone. Please don’t go there ever.

Breakfast was Ok with all you might need for a nice breakfast. There is a wide parking and the access to the property is easy.

I checked in, looked at the room and walked out again. Booked another hotel. This is the worse place I have ever seen. Maybe I expect to much. But this was not a hotel that I would book for my employees.

We reached the hotel late in the evening and the reception had left the keys in the check in box. We rented a car, so the location was easily reachable from Kolon and Duseldorf. The hotel provided free parking. Room was satisfactory clean, clean linen and clean bathroom. There are some restaurants, pubs and supermarkets near the hotel. This place is good value for money.
